Dominion Eye Care, PC participates with a wide variety of health insurance carriers for your convenience. Most medical insurance plans cover medical eye exams. If your plan is not on this list, and you’d like to see one of our physicians, you may schedule an appointment as self-pay and pay out-of-pocket for services rendered. We do not participate with vision plans, Healthcare Marketplace Plans, or Medicaid (we are prohibited from treating Medicaid patients as self-pay).
