Comprehensive Eye Exams

Comprehensive eye exams are performed for adults, children and infants to assess the overall health of the eye and address any vision correction needs or medical concerns that may be present. Several medical eye conditions are treated by our board-certified ophthalmologists, such as cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, corneal disease and related eye involvement from such diseases such as Lupus, hypertension and thyroid dysfunction. We use the latest equipment in making diagnosis and planning the course of treatment for our patients.

Surgical Procedures

Our board-certified surgeons perform a variety of procedures, both in our office and at the local hospitals. We treat diabetic retinopathy and some forms of glaucoma with our Argon laser in the office while cataract surgeries, corneal transplants and more invasive procedures are done at the outpatient facilities of Prince William and Fauquier hospitals.

Cataract Surgery

Our board-certified surgeons offer a variety of cataract procedures, including traditional IOL and the new multi-focal lenses. For more information, please refer to the following links:

Emergency Care

Our physicians are on-call at all times to handle any eye emergencies that may arise for you or your family. In the event of an emergency, please call our Manassas office at (703) 361-3128. If it is a life-threatening emergency, we advise you to dial 911 and allow the emergency room to contact one of our doctors directly, if their services are needed.

Laser Vision Correction*

Laser Vision Correction (LASIK) is performed at our Manassas surgery site. Our Visx-certified surgeons have had excellent results in correcting nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism for thousands of patients. Our excellent reputation, use of state-of-the-art equipment and keeping abreast of the latest technology has propelled Laser Vision Correction into becoming one of our leading services. *Patients who wear contact lenses need to remove them prior to LASIK consultation.
Soft lens wearers need to remove their lenses 3-5 days prior to the appointment, and gas permeable lens wearers need to remove their lenses 3 weeks prior to the appointment.
